Finca: The Finca app is a software platform for delivering educational content to users through various methods. User: An individual or legal entity who accesses Finca’s services through the app via the internet. Account (Profile): An account created by the user using their mobile phone number to access Finca's services. Identity Information: Information provided directly by the users to Finca. Laws and Regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran: The Constitution, ordinary laws, executive regulations, circulars, directives, and all legal regulations governing society.

By signing up for Finca and using its services, users agree to have fully read and understood Finca's terms and conditions, and accept them. These terms may change over time, and continuous use of Finca implies acceptance of any updates. To use Finca's services, every user, whether individual or legal, must create an account by registering their mobile phone number in the app. The user must enter their first name, last name, and mobile number. Any missing information may result in service issues, and the user will be held responsible. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for any activities performed under their account. If an account is lost or stolen, the user must contact Finca support immediately. Users are not allowed to transfer or share their account with others (individuals or entities).

All principles and procedures of Finca comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Electronic Commerce Law, and Consumer Protection Law. The contents and services of Finca are offered only for personal, non-commercial use. Any non-personal use is subject to legal consequences, and no individual may use Finca's information for resale or reproduction in any platform. Users must only use the app for its intended purposes. Any use of Finca that leads to disruption or malfunctions will result in legal action. This agreement signifies the user's consent to the terms of using Finca. The user agrees that communication from Finca will be via SMS, and while the user can request to stop receiving messages, this may cause service disruptions. Users must provide their own hardware and internet access, and bear any related costs. The user agrees not to use Finca's content outside the app or store information outside of its structure. Finca may remove content during updates. The user cannot reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app's source code. They are also prohibited from providing a mirror or duplicate of Finca on another server or creating any data mining scripts. Any unauthorized access or activities are strictly prohibited.

Subscription purchases on Finca are made through the online payment gateway. Refunds for subscriptions or services can only be requested within 72 hours after payment, through the "Contact Us" section in the "Profile" page. If a transaction is canceled or has issues by the payment gateway (which is beyond our control), or if the conditions specified in this agreement apply, access to the purchased content will be suspended or revoked. We reserve the right to suspend or block a user's account if a suspicious or illegal transaction occurs. Access to paid content is valid only during the specified subscription period, and once the subscription expires, users cannot access any non-free content without renewal.

Finca makes every effort to ensure the smooth use of the app, but registration requires a phone number, and Finca guarantees that this information will be kept confidential and will not be misused or shared with third parties. Finca strives to offer users the best possible experience but cannot guarantee the app will work on all devices or networks (internet, mobile networks, etc.). If any issues arise while using Finca, users can report them through the "Contact Us" section in the profile, and Finca will take necessary actions to resolve the issue. The information and content in Finca are collected from credible sources in compliance with copyright laws. Finca continuously reviews and updates content and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or performance of the software. Finca is not liable for user skill or knowledge deficits. Users are responsible for their own internet, device performance, and virus-free systems. Delays or non-performance caused by these issues are the user’s responsibility. Finca aims to ensure round-the-clock availability and reduce downtime to a minimum. Finca may temporarily suspend or stop services for maintenance purposes, with prior notice.

Finca reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the app if it is deemed that the user's presence negatively affects Finca or other users. If Finca believes a user is abusing the refund policy, it reserves the right to suspend or block the user’s account and restrict or block their future use of services and products.

All content provided in Finca is created and compiled by Finca’s content team. The intellectual and moral rights of the content belong to Finca.
